Building History

  • This building was built by Rucker & Whitten Plug Tobacco at the turn of the Century
  • Carolina Cotton bought the plant in the 1930’s
  • Sale Knitting, a spin off of Pannill, which later became the Tultex Corp bought the site in the 1957
  • This site contains 1.1mm SF and served as Tultex Headquarters as well as a manufacturing center for nearly half a century
  • Lester Development Co. bought the property in 2001 as part of the bankruptcy liquidation of Tultex

  • Total 173,000 SF. 4 Floors X 3 Bays per Floor = 12 distinct leasing units
  • Available 155,000 SF. 12,000-43,000 per floor

  • Convert Historic Factory to Modern Office Building
