John is also representing a host of retailers and restaurants in growing their brands, locations and franchise networks.

John successfully negotiated $300 million in leases, equipment and infrastructure (throughout the eastern United States Tier I, II & III cities) - including secure POPS, Regens, Nodes, Collocations, BELA, support facilities and a new Headquarters building - under a very tight and precise delivery time with multiple internal customer demands.
