The exclusive in-house real estate consultant for DOMINION TELECOM INC. national rollout and development ($300 million) of electronic, telecommunication and support facilities plus provides consulting services to Dominion's senior management. John Jay Schwartz promulgated over seventy-five (75) lease transactions for "POPS" (points of presence), Regens, collocations and support facilities (sales, operations offices and warehouses), plus nearly 100 access and entry agreements, and a new "state of the art" multi-purpose high tech company Headquarters. John co-managed the acquisition (and subsequent implementation) of Telergy, Inc's. Bankrupt assets for Dominion. Dominion Telecom, Inc. was a facilities-based, inter-exchange and emerging local carrier that provided broadband solutions, private line, wavelengths, dark fiber, Internet and collocation to wholesale customers throughout the eastern United States
